Important Policies
Location: The studio can be a bit tricky to find for first time visitors. It is inside the Cleveland Place Professional Building at 969 Main Street, Walpole, MA 02081. PBMT is located inside Posh Beauty Studios on the lower level. There are two separate entrances to the studio so you can enter through the front or the back regardless of where you park.
Parking: Free street parking is available throughout Walpole Center. To access the back parking lot, go down Glenwood Ave from Main Street and take a quick right into the parking lot immediately behind the building. (There is currently construction scaffolding along the right side of the street and the lot is just after the scaffolding.)
Arrivals: Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself a few moments to settle in. For first-time appointments, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for filling out an intake form if you have not already done so electronically. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Please be considerate of other clients' time.
Bookings: Sessions are by appointment only. Appointments should be made 24 hours in advance. Regina is a sole practitioner and unfortunately cannot regularly accommodate walk-ins, but will always fit you in if possible. Please call 617-347-4185 for possible same-day availability.
Cancellations: If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. Thank you for your cooperation.
Illness: Please DO NOT come in for a massage if you are sick. Regina will work with you to reschedule for when you are feeling better.
Payments: Payment is due in full at the time of service. You may pay by credit card (you can prepay with card on the website), cash (please bring exact, as Personal Balance cannot always guarantee having change on hand), or Venmo, @ReginaPBMT.
