An "express" targeted session designed for clients with a specific focus area of their body they need addressed, such as neck, shoulders, jaw, hands/forearms or feet. These shorter sessions are often best for an acute trouble area ("I slept funny last night and now my neck hurts") or for those looking for a brief introduction to massage.

This full-body treatment uses relaxation massage as its foundation. Each session is then customized based on an assessment of the individual's needs, incorporating varying techniques and pressure levels as appropriate. Every effort is made to make sure the client is always comfortable and receiving maximum benefit.

The 75-minute session is perfect for clients who want/need more time than the typical hour-long session, but for whom an hour and a half may feel a bit long. This is also a great amount of time for clients who want to incorporate complementary cupping therapy into the session.

Truly the best of both worlds! The additional time allows for extra focus and attention to the areas that need it most while still giving the client all the benefits of a complete full-body relaxation massage.

Grief Massage provides assisted relaxation to ease the physical effects of grief, including headaches, jaw tension, fatigue, stomach upset, and especially tight neck and shoulders. Sessions allow ample time to settle in, rest in stillness in a safe, comforting space, then gently re-enter the world. Touch is light and grounding, A weighted blanket may be used if supportive.
